US landlord admissions. You are applying as a landlord or property manager on Foundation New York. This is not Tenant signup and not a broker or Construction Partner file.
Identity is collected once. Authority is per US state you declare. You may only create or attach listings in states staff mark authorized.
NYC housing registration is required on the first New York City address, not merely because New York is selected. English is binding.
This form is an application for review. After activation you sign Landlord Program Terms and a Landlord NDA. Those instruments are not the Tenant NDA.
