This is not a broker/sourcer application and not an investor registration. Approved Construction Partners become bid-eligible after Layer 1 document review.
New York has no statewide general contractor license. Licensing is local and scope-based (for example NYC HIC, DOB GC registration, DOB Safety, and NYS DOL public-work registry when applicable).
After acceptance you complete dual-signed platform Terms and NDA, upload Layer 1 evidence, and gain Construction Partner portal access. Activation is New York only.
